## Return Policy

You may request a return within **30 days of the delivery date**.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. It should also be returned with the original packaging when applicable, along with your order number or proof of purchase.

Because we offer beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety reasons.

## Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

* Opened or used beauty products
* Final sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom products
* Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
* Products returned without approval from our support team

## Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. **Silk Maison Beauty** is not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed in transit.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

## Refunds

After your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund status.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow **5–10 business days** for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

## Exchanges and Order Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process.
